Depending on the purpose for which we process your data from time to time, as explained below, we need to process one or other data, which will in general be, depending on each case, as follows:

  • economic and transactions information (for example, your payment or card data, information on your purchases, orders, returns, etc.);
  • connection, geolocation and/or browsing data (for example, the location data, the device identification number, etc.);

We reserve the right to change and update this Privacy Statement from time to time. Please check the Privacy Statement frequently and particularly before you submit additional personal data on the Platforms. Any changes and updates of this Privacy Statement will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Platforms constitutes your acceptance of such changes and updates made by us.

9. WHERE DO YOU STORE THE DATA?

Your personal data may be transferred out of Malaysia and may be stored in and accessed from multiple countries as our service provider(s), business partner(s), supplier(s), contractors(s), licensor(s), advisor(s) or financial institution(s) which may be located outside Malaysia, may also have access to your personal data, for reasons relating to the purposes set forth under section 4 of this Privacy Statement. When you interact with us, you authorize us to transfer your personal data out of Malaysia, and you acknowledge the associated risk of transferring your personal data to different countries that may provide less protection than Malaysia’s privacy laws, and we may not be able to prevent government authorities in those countries from accessing your personal data.

If you wish to access, correct, limit or update the personal data you have submitted to us, or to make any inquiries or complaints about the processing of such data by us, please contact us in the manner as described below. We provide individuals with access to their personal data where we believe appropriate, including in situations where you are entitled to access and correct your personal data under applicable personal data protection laws.

If you have given us your consent to process your data for any purpose, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time. In addition, where the processing of your data is based on our legitimate interest, you also have the right to object to the processing of your data.

If you believe your personal data has been subjected to misuse, you have the right to file a claim before the responsible data protection regulatory authority, in particular, before the Personal Data Protection Department which is an agency under the Malaysia’s Ministry of Communications and Multimedia Commission (https://www.pdp.gov.my/jpdpv2/?lang=en).
